BRAIN BODY BREATH Health 

It's a new Virtual wellness class. A 50-minute self-centered meditation and workout session. Mentalcise focuses on managing and connecting the brain, body, and breath. 

The first 20 minutes includes stillness, movement with intentions, and zen breathing. The other 20 mintues is a strength training workout. 

What you will need:

Quiet and calm place

Little to some privacy

Water

Paper

Pen or pencil

Virtual equipment (optional: stand, ring light etc)

Workout mat

Dumbbells (optional: 5 lbs and 10 lbs etc)
